This completed Economic Line project in Thengana, Kottayam was delivered for client Mr. Lalichen K in collaboration with architect Koshy John. Spanning 2950 sq. ft., the home showcases efficient use of space, cost-effective construction, and thoughtful design, providing a comfortable and functional living environment.
